2024 Results

As we mark our fifteenth year as an Ofsted rated Outstanding college, we once again celebrate the tremendous results of our students.

This reflects their exceptional hard work, the critical role played by our caring staff, and the vital contribution of parents in encouraging and supporting their children. The hard work and commitment of our students continues to place us as one of the highest performing sixth forms in Norfolk. An impressive 19% of grades were A*or A. This is extremely impressive when you consider that there is no selective admissions programme and students follow a traditional academic curriculum.

We are delighted that these results have enabled so many of our leavers to take up offers at their first-choice universities. Many will attend courses at prestigious universities, to read subjects as varied as: Psychological and Behavioral Sciences, Medicine, International Relations & Politics, Curating & Art History, Paramedic Science, Midwifery, Law with French Law, Creative Writing, Occupational Therapy, Sport Health & Exercise Science, Animation, Theoretical Physics, Geography with Innovation, Specialist Sports Journalism and Nursing. Our students have secured competitive employment and apprenticeships including Financial Accountancy and Civil Engineering, and others will be enjoying a gap year travelling with employment and volunteering opportunities.

We send our congratulations and best wishes to all our students as they start the next stage of their lives, secure in the knowledge that the grounding they have received at Reepham College will equip them fantastically well for the future.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
